Their experience in the industry is extensive and has landed them professional careers, working along side Grammy winning recording artists. Providing artists with top quality management is our mission and we are dedicated to helping the next generation of professional acts.
Gen Maldonado is a professional singer/entertainer and has worked in the business for over 20 years. She has also performed on luxury cruise lines all over the world for over a decade. Her musical ability continues to flourish and she has become a sensation to audiences all over the world. With an incredibly strong business acumen and her musical ability, Gen is determined to reach new heights of success and help others grow in the competitive market.
Louis McKay III has an extensive resume which includes touring with Al Green and John Legend as their front of house engineer and production manager. He has recorded many incredible artists, some which have charted billboard. He spent over a decade mixing the sounds of B.B. King's and friends at the Memphis B.B. King Blues Club. He became the corporate director and created/produced B.B King's Blues Club at Sea for Holland America Cruise Line. Louis has an incredible passion for production and recording. He is determined to help others grow and fulfill their dreams.
